Christmas gifts

At Skiwear4u, we offer an extended exchange and return policy when buying Christmas presents. This means that customers can order items as Christmas gifts from the 1st of November. It is possible to exchange and return until the 5th of January the following year.

Normally, customers have a 14-day exchange and return policy, but with the extended period, it's possible to buy your Christmas presents well in advance.

How do I exchange a Christmas gift I have received?

• Add the size you need to your basket
• Proceed to the basket and head to checkout
• Fill in your address details and write the following in the comments box at the bottom: Exchange of order XXXXXX
• Go to shipping and select your preferred shipping method
• Complete your order and payment

Then make sure to return your current item. Find information about returns here.

When we receive the item from you, the money is returned to the buyer. We cannot return money to the recipient of the gift.

Can you guarantee that a Christmas present will arrive before Christmas?

It depends on the country of destination. We ship with DPD, and our parcels are shipped from Denmark. You can check shipping deadlines here.
