Call +45 29 40 68 13 as soon as possible. Then we will do our best to stop the shipment, but we cannot guarantee anything. If the order has already been dispatched, you have a 14-day right of return and must return your order in the normal way. Read about returns here.

If you want to complain about a defective item, you can read more about complaints at this link. Remember to contact us BEFORE you send the defective item back to us.

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store. We have a smaller showroom in Sabro, Denmark, but you cannot show up without an appointment. However, you are welcome to collect your order from us if you choose this in connection with your purchase. If you are in doubt about sizes, we recommend that you order several sizes and return the size that does not fit.
