Trail Runner Free 2 is a comfortable and lightweight headlamp designed for runners. The features and light beam are optimized for running. The basic version uses 3 x AAA batteries (not included) and has a hybrid battery case.

All Trail Runner Free lights have the power cable integrated into the headband, providing a comfortable experience without distracting wires. The hybrid battery case can be used with both AAA batteries and the rechargeable Silva Hybrid battery, allowing for upgradability. The battery case has a non-slip surface and an integrated red rear light for extra visibility and safety.

With the second generation Trail Runner Free, the cooling has been optimized to produce up to 550 lumens depending on battery type, while maintaining comfort and low weight. The series is designed for running with Silva Intelligent Light, which combines a long-range spotlight and a near-floodlight, providing better control, balance and less fatigue.

Every detail is designed with comfort in mind. The headlamp weighs only 61 grams without batteries and is perfectly balanced. The headband is soft with a silicone strip inside to keep it in place. The battery can be worn on the headband or stored in your pocket to extend battery life using the included textile extension.
