Silva running poles are designed to help you maintain pace, improve stability on technical terrain and protect your legs during long distances. They are made from lightweight carbon and are available in two adjustable lengths. The poles are ideal for running and provide a good balance between weight and strength.

We send all parcels with either DPD or GLS.
If you place your order before 18:00 during bank days, we promise to ship your parcel the same day. Depending on the shipping destination, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 2-6 working days.

There are a few simple conditions that must be met to qualify for the price guarantee:
- The price being compared must be the total price including shipping, Swedish VAT, and any applicable customs duties.
- The item must be in stock at the other store in the same color and size.
