EXPEDITION GLOBAL is an expert compass designed for experienced users and professionals. With a global needle, it can be used in all three magnetic zones, making it flexible and usable all over the world. The compass is equipped with a DryFlex? grip for easy handling, a clinometer for measuring tilt angles and a built-in magnetic declination adjustment. It also features map measurement in mm, inches, 1:25k, 1:40k, 1:50k and GPS scales. The base has a curved back for a perfect fit in the hand, a magnifying lens and rubber feet for precise map work. The luminous markings and graduations allow navigation at night, while the red/black north-south lines on the base of the capsule ensure easy and secure alignment. The needle is made of finest Swedish steel with high-quality magnetic properties.
