This water pitcher from LifeStraw is made of hand-blown borosilicate glass and equipped with a silicone base for stability and surface protection. The pitcher is designed to filter drinking water efficiently through a combination of a membrane microfilter and an activated carbon filter.
The filtration system removes bacteria, parasites and microplastics while reducing the presence of PFAS, heavy metals and unwanted chemicals. However, it retains healthy minerals like magnesium and potassium, which the body benefits from.
The jug has a capacity of 7 cups and is ideal for everyday use in the home. It contributes to better tasting water and reduces the need for bottled water.
The product is easy to use and clean - and with a long filter life (approx. 1 year for microfilters and approx. 2 months for carbon filters) it is a practical and sustainable solution for clean drinking water.
