The Komperdell Smash is a ski pole tailor-made for children because it can grow with them. The length of this ski pole can be adjusted from 80 to 105 centimeters, so you don't have to keep buying new ski poles for your kids.

The length is easy to adjust and the aluminum structure is both lightweight and robust, so your kids won't break it before they outgrow it.

Therefore, these orders are always shipped with GLS and always to a GLS parcel shop close to the delivery address if it is a private address. If the delivery address is a company address, e.g. your workplace, GLS will deliver the order to the address.

Delivery

We send all parcels with either DPD or GLS.

If you place your order before 18:00 during bank days, we promise to ship your parcel the same day. Depending on the shipping destination, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 2-6 working days.

Shipping costs €5 to the European countries we send to.

Returns

Should you need to return anything to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs related.

We have a 14 days return policy, starting from the day you receive your goods.

Christmas presents can be returned to the 5th of January.

Conditions
There are a few simple conditions that must be met in order to qualify for a price guarantee:

The price being compared to must be the total price including shipping, Danish VAT and any customs duties
The item must be in stock at the other store in the same colour and size
