The Helios Urban backpack is designed with a durable PU surface that provides both durability and a modern look. The bag has a convenient roll-top closure for easy access and customization of the backpack's capacity. There are open side pockets for quick access to frequently needed items.

Along the back is a special laptop pocket to protect your computer during transportation. There is also an external zippered pocket, perfect for smaller items you want easy access to.

Inside, Helios Urban offers more organization options. There are open pockets for smaller items and an internal laptop pocket for extra protection. An internal zippered pocket provides secure storage for valuables. Overall, this backpack is a functional and stylish solution for everyday use.

Delivery

We send all parcels with either DPD or GLS.

If you place your order before 18:00 during bank days, we promise to ship your parcel the same day. Depending on the shipping destination, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 2-6 working days.

Shipping costs €5 to the European countries we send to.

Returns

Should you need to return anything to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs related.

We have a 14 days return policy, starting from the day you receive your goods.

Christmas presents can be returned to the 5th of January.

There are a few simple conditions that must be met in order to qualify for a price guarantee:

The price being compared to must be the total price including shipping, Danish VAT and any customs duties
The item must be in stock at the other store in the same colour and size
