Deuter Traick 5 is a running backpack with a body-hugging fit and low weight. The backpack features an ergonomic carrying system and padding that provides a compact feel and reduces strain on shoulders and back. It is made from breathable and quick-drying material and has adjustable bungee straps at the front, which can be individually customized. The backpack comes with two 500 ml Streamer Flasks LP.

There are four pockets on each shoulder strap as well as additional storage space at the back, providing good organization and easy access to gear while running. The backpack has space for a hydration bladder of up to 1.5 liters and is equipped with multiple compression options and pole attachment. The product is certified with bluesign, Green Button, and ClimatePartner, and is made without PFAS.
