Meet the Hugger 25L, the smaller and smarter sibling of our bestselling Hugger 30L. After hearing the community’s request for a slimmer, everyday version, Db created the Hugger 25L. The perfect daily backpack for school, work, and trips across town. While keeping the classic Hugger design more pockets inside were added to hold your most important knick-knacks, toiletries and extra clothes.

Delivery

We send all parcels with either DPD or GLS.

If you place your order before 17:00 during bank days, we promise to ship your parcel the same day. Depending on the shipping destination, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 2-6 working days.

Shipping costs €5 to the European countries we send to.

Returns

Should you need to return anything to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs related.

We have a 14 days return policy, starting from the day you receive your goods.

Christmas presents can be returned to the 5th of January.

Conditions
There are a few simple conditions that must be met in order to qualify for a price guarantee:

The price being compared to must be the total price including shipping, Danish VAT and any customs duties
The item must be in stock at the other store in the same colour and size
