The Crux reservoir on/off valve is designed to work in conjunction with the Big Bite valve, providing the ability to shut off the flow of water, increasing safety during transportation. Please note that this valve does not come with a Big Bite valve and is not compatible with older Antidote or OMEGA reservoirs.

If you place your order before 18:00 during bank days, we promise to ship your parcel the same day. Depending on the shipping destination, you can expect your parcel to arrive within 2-6 working days.

Should you need to return anything to us, you are responsible for the shipping costs related.
We have a 14 days return policy, starting from the day you receive your goods.

There are a few simple conditions that must be met to qualify for the price guarantee:
- The price being compared must be the total price including shipping, Swedish VAT, and any applicable customs duties.
- The item must be in stock at the other store in the same color and size.
