With the ABS A.Light E avalanche backpack you get the ultimate combination of functionality and safety for your ski trips. With a volume of 18 litres, this avalanche backpack allows you to bring all the necessary equipment for your day on the mountain.

With both vertical and diagonal ski attachments, you can easily carry your skis during the trip. You can also attach ice axes, poles and helmet thanks to dedicated straps and helmet net.

The backpack is designed with comfort in mind. It has an ergonomic fit and padded shoulder straps for long-lasting comfort, even on extended trips. The chest strap is height adjustable and has a signalling whistle for added safety.

This backpack is also ready for a hydration system (not included) so you can stay hydrated effortlessly. The integrated security pocket provides quick access to avalanche gear, while an additional valuables pocket and front access to the main compartment give the pack convenient storage and easy access to your belongings.

The backpack is equipped with the Alpride E2 electronic airbag system. This means it doesn't require gas cartridges to trigger the airbag. Instead, it uses a rechargeable battery and electronics to activate the airbag. The system is compact and lightweight, making it easy to integrate into the backpack. The battery in the airbag is designed with Supercapacitor technology, which means the battery doesn't lose performance even when it's really cold outside. The airbag can be tested multiple times to familiarise yourself with the system. The airbag can be recharged using USB-C or with two AA batteries after it has been deployed.
