  • How do I return or exchange?

    UNUSED  ITEMS, with all of the original tags and packaging must be post-marked to us within 14 days of recieving your order for a full refund. Please note that we can process returns and exchanges only for items purchased from  We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Please include a copy of your receipt and/or a printed copy from the exchange note you recieve with the shipping mail. Fill out an explanation for your return and/or the items for which you would like to exchange. Always ship the returns through a carrier that issues a reciept of shipment. 

  • Do I pay V.A.T.?

    The prices from is incl. Danish V.A.T. (25%). is not responsible for any import taxes applied by some countries outside EU on such international orders. If you refuse to pay import or customs tax levied by the country to which your order was shipped, your order may be destroyed or otherwise disposed of by said authorities. If this occurs you will not be entitled to any refund from or any of its affiliated partners.

  • When is my credit card payment effected?

    When placing your order the money is only “blocked” from your credit card. The final transaction is not effected until your order is handed over to our carrier.

  • What is the delivery time?

     Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day.

  • Will I receive an order confirmation?

    You will receive a real-time order confirmation by E-mail. So typing the correct e-mail address is very important. Please also carefully check your e-mail account for such important E-mails. These mails do from time to time end up in your spam folder instead of your regular in-box. In this case you should change the spam-setting of your account to make sure not to miss any important mails.

  • Can I order Christmas presents in proper time, and still return after Christmas?

    Yes, please feel free to order your presents early. Presents ordered in November and December can be exchanged or returned until one week after New Year. The general conditions for returning goods (like i.e. the goods must be unused) must of course still be complied. 

  • How can I contact

  • How can I see if a specific item is available in your stock?

    Our WEB site is synchronized with our stock data, so if you are able to order an item (choose colour, size etc, and add it to the Shopping Cart), then the item is in stock, unless anything else is mentioned.

  • What about data privacy?

     All personal data will be dealt with the utmost accuracy, and just kept for administrative purposes. It will never be handed over to a third party.

  • Has my order already been shipped?

    You will receive an E-mail from us with tracking number when the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
